Toddler lunch

My 13 month old prefers picky bits for lunch but I feel like I'm going wrong with what she has.

Breakfast always consists of weetabix as it's her fave & she'll always eat the whole thing & dinner is always the same cooked meal what I have.
I just portion hers out before adding salt - which always goes down well with her & she eats the lot

However for lunch I feel like it's more snack like! For example today she had some chicken bites, strawberries, cucumber sticks, a yoghurt & a packet of baby crops ( veggie straws) but sometimes I don't mind giving her half a packet of pombears or quavers. I've tried giving her a cooked lunch but she just doesn't really eat it & she's only got 5 teeth atm so & sandwich type of thing doesn't really get eaten. Can people give me other sort of lunch ideas I could try? I switch up the fruit, veg & protein that she has every day!
Thank you!

My little ones favourites are:
Spaghetti hoops on toast
Boiled egg and toast
Omelette
Bread sticks and hummous
Fish fingers
Savoury muffins
Crumpets

Won't eat a cold sandwich though! 😂

And the Tilda Kids Rice is so quick and easy!

Does she like eggs?

If so scrambled eggs or omelettes could work. A frittata could be cut into strips for her.

Savoury muffins can have all sorts of things in.

Half an English muffin or bread for cheese on toast.

Cold pasta salad with chunks of cheese, cucumber, peppers etc mixed in.

To be honest I don't think a snacky/picky lunch is a problem as long as it's balanced. Things you could add to it/rotate for variety:

Perhaps add some crackers for bulk/carbs? Either plain or with butter or cream cheese on.

A spoonful of hummus or peanut/nut butter.

Cheese straws (homemade can be as simple as pre made puff pastry, smothered in cheese, cut into shapes and baked).

If she's struggling with the heat you could freeze her yogurt in lolly moulds and let her suck on those to cool down.
