Could these be signs of ADHD?

My son will be 6 at the end of the month and I've been having concerns about his behaviour for a while. This is what I've been noting on my phone. Does this sound like possible adhd or is he just a 'spirited' boy as I am told. I have a 7 year old who is Completely different and very calm.

Ages to fall asleep
Doesn’t sleep through the night
Still wet every night
Can’t standstill and give eye contact when talking
Constantly fidgets when relaxing watching TV
Screams and screeches randomly and a lot
Playfully very physical with sibling
Clumsy-will walk into things/fall over nothing.

Can concentrate, will sit and colour for ages. Well behaved at school, doesn’t have meltdowns. When home from school is very hyperactive.

It's more likely to be ASD, based purely on your description OP. ADHD I'm usually presents in boys as a lack of focus in school in addition to hyperactivity at home.

Speak to his teacher to get a feel for anything he might be struggling with in school.

My Ds who does have ADHD school said he concentrated .
Camhs observation - constantly fidgeting , needed to be prompted to remain on track .

look up pop bottle behaviour .

till behaviour is displayed in more than home it is challenging to get it recognised , it took my Ds’s mask started slipping elsewhere for it to be recognised

Thank you for the reply, both my nephews are autistic and my brother is waiting assessment. Possibly linked?

@thesurreymum

Yes, autism is genetic. After DS1 was diagnosed, I realised that all sides of the family had significant ND.

My ds has a diagnosis of AsD.

I agree with professor that it is very likely to be asd. Sensory needs are now part of the diagnostic criteria.

My ds always had terrible spatial awareness 😂🤦‍♀️
