Is there a reason you are particular concerned, are they small, not growing? I don't think n you need to do anything unless their is a medical concern.

Children do tend to grow in spurts and I found mine twos appetites would vary a lot.

So you've been to the doctors yes? Has she been weight by them? Are they concerned?

I'm assuming there is some concerns if blood tests have been ordered? In which case you may not be able to do anything until medical investigations have been done. Has a referral to a diatiation been made at all? If not ask for one.

I would say let them eat what ever they want, I mean try for healthy fats if possible. But if they fancy ice cream then let them eat ice cream. I don't think you can be fussy with a thin child if they need extra calories. But a diatiations advice is really important here.

Is she restricting food deliberately do you think?

More exercise and sunshine on her skin will do a lot more to boost appetite than tonics and vitamins.
Also try to find out if there's a psychological reason. No 8 yo should be worrying about their weight but bullying can make a child start feeling uncomfortable about their body. Or badly explained information about forthcoming puberty can make a child so fearful they want to stop eating in order to stop growing. In which case counselling is needed asap.

Anxiety would be my bet. Find out about school and see if she eats better during the holidays

Not to make her appetite better but ......... one of mine went through a phase of hardly eating as a child and I used to buy ovaltine instant hot chocolate which is fortified with loads of different vitamins and minerals which he would drink happily.
