3 year olds body goes stiff and shakes/tremors when waking

Hi all
I fully plan on calling for an appointment tomorrow but I thought I'd ask here if anyone has experienced the following.

My 3 year old sleeps all over the place. He's constantly falling out of bed (good thing it's close to the ground) and so we are forever popping him back into bed. Lately we have noticed when we do so that he completely tenses up like even his fingers and he has a slight shake/tremor. Now this is something that has happened before when he was much smaller but it was so short that it was barely noticeable. I took him to the doctors and nothing really came it. Especially since I was not able to get it on camera happening.
Now I think I will be able to get footage of it I will definitely be going to the docs armed with the evidence.

He's fully asleep when it happens...sometimes stirs a little but not alot. He goes really stiff and then it's a slow shaking/tremor. Then once back to bed he just is fine for the rest of the night.

Anyone experienced this before?
Thanks in advance x

Definitely get him to Doctors tomorrow. May be nothing but needs a medical opinion.
take care

Definitely needs a check over. Mine used to do this when he was waking up/just woke up for I would say a minute or less then would be absolutely fine, nothing ever came of it and he grew out of it .....BUT no one can tell you it's fine other than someone appropriately qualified!

I agree, GP appointment tomorrow.

I was told by the pediatrician that twitching / muscle stiffness when he’s sleeping is normal for his adhd. But make sure you take videos of it as proof for your consultant appointment.
