Teething experience ftm

I'm very confused by symptoms of teething. People think my baby is constantly teething because she always has something in her mouth and chews quite aggressively but she also has bad reflux (now on omeprazole) which I think is the reason for a lot of her teething type symptoms. She wakes about 10 times a night every night so that's not a good indicator either. She is generally quite fussy and needs constant attention/holding most of the day.
Her front bottom teeth came in at 5.5 months and other than a slightly more restless night I wouldn't have noticed anything different. Now I can see possibly four top teeth about to break through and this week she's been miserable. Cries almost every time I walk away from her. Cries in my arms. Sleeps very restlessly from 2am onwards. She's very tired and her eczema got very bad and I think she's got heat rash on top. No temperature but has had diarrhoea all this week (spoke to gp and they are testing her poo). Has been both breast loving and also not really interested on other days. Bad nappy rash (never normally suffers with this), tummy pain and worse reflux.
Could this all just be teething even though this didn't happen this first time round? I'm wondering if there is more at play.

Would love to hear other people's experiences of teething.

Thanks

Give her ibuprofen and see if the grumpiness resolves an hour later? If yes, the problem is pain, likely from teething.
Ibuprofen is better than Calpol for teeth.

Also does anyone have experience of teething causing rashes on the body ,(not just face)?

Yes Calpol hasn't helped much! I'm trying to avoid ibuprofen because of the reflux/sensitive tummy

It does sound like teething for me. For me, cosleeping and letting her latch on and off all night helped, but I know it's not for everyone. Not sure about the rash, though, I'd get that checked out tomorrow by a doctor.

Yes I've been letting her do that otherwise I would get no sleep! How long does it usually last for before the tooth comes through?
If the rash is still there tomorrow I'll get the GP to look at it!
