Snotty, feverish baby

I don't think it's anything major just here for tips really. My nearly 1 year old came down with a fever and a very very snotty nose last night. (Of course she's just started nursery!) She's super sleepy today, kept waking up last night ever 45mins or so but would fall back to sleep quickly.

I'm not sure whether DR is necessary? Honestly they always make me feel I'm being hysterical when I call so I hate doing it. But this time my gut isn't really pushing me to call the drs...
She's had Calpol and temperature seems to be coming down. It's been over 3 hours since her last dose and it's not got to fever levels again.
She's ate and drank a bit. Trying to give her more breast feeds but she's struggling where she can't breath through her nose. No luck with getting the snot sucker in there .

Any experience welcome. Anything I can do to make her more comfortable?
She just seems to want to sleep on me. I almost can't believe she can sleep this much.

Get some Calpol saline nasal spray, clears the nose out without trying to get something up there😅 also as long as feeding ok and still getting wet nappies just let her sleep. We heal in our sleep so it's the body's way of getting better. Hope she feels better soon 😊

@Devilsmommy thank you!
That's a good idea the saline spray we have one somewhere.
I've just been remembering how much I slept when I had fever with mastitis last winter. I see now it's very much possible to need that much sleep.
