Toddler eating little and losing weight

Hi, the GP is not helping me and pushing back the date for further referral.
My little girl was born in the 75th percentile and kept growing until she was around 8 months old, at which she weight 8.6kg. At 10 months she weighed 8.45 and at 12 months (now) she was weighed at 8.3.
She's only breastfed once a night, otherwise has around 400ml of cow's milk a day - before bedtime and after breakfast. She will always only eat a few bites of something if she likes it and then say 'all done'. I don't know what I can do.

Do you think she is still growing, as in taller/ bigger overall? Are her clothes getting smaller? What does the GP suggest if asked for a reason?

Would she drink more milk if offered? Weaning was a nightmare with DD, but her weight was fine as she would drink milk.

She obviously should not be losing weight. Go back to GP. Is she on full fat milk? Will she eat mre if milk is held back until after eating?

My son was similar and the GP and HV, paediatrician said it normal for them to lose weight as their more mobile crawling/walking. I was told they only worry if they drop more than 2 centiles so like 75th to 25th or below etc.
Have you spoken to the HV team at all at your child's 1yr review?

No that's not normal, but it does sound like inadequate intake. Could you at least get more milk in?

I’d give more milk and more food. What are her nappies like? Is she constipated?

My DD lost a lot of weight when little, to the point her ribs were sticking out. Turned out she suffers badly from hayfever and her main symptom is lack of appetite rather than sneezing or runny nose. Her other main symptoms are itchy eyes and extreme tiredness. She was put on anti histamines and beconase which soon sorted her appetite and tiredness. She's now an adult but I can always tell when it's tree pollen time or ivy pollen (not grass) - she stops eating. Does your toddler stop eating around high pollen times?

EDIT - I reread your dates. Do you have mould in the home from wet washing etc?
