Scared about daughter's thyroid blood results!

Hey, could anyone offer any advice please? My daughter (5) had some bloods done last month and her thyroid bloods have come back abnormal. I was initially told over the phone they were 'borderline' and needed to be repeated in 3-6 months. I asked which test and was told it was T4 at 11.4. I asked for a print out of the results, collected them and it's actually her TSH that's come back at 0.08, below range. Their normal range is 0.7-4.5 (I know the optimum range is different). That's a massive difference. Her T3 and T4 are within their normal limits. My mum, sister and nan all have an underactive thyroid and last time mine was checked it was 3.5 but I have no knowledge of levels being low, especially in children. What could this mean for her long term? What do I look out for?

Need a little more info. What were your childs symptoms that lead to the blood tests? Are there any other medical issues ?

@Woopooh she was constantly going toilet and having accidents so I went querying a UTI or diabetes. I mentioned that she has blood tests the following week as she has them yearly due to elevated liver bloods but they're coming down.
She has chromosome 18 deletion

Ahh ok. Not sure I can help in this scenario but the TSH would suggest hyperthyroidism (overactive) rather than overactive as runs in the family. But I’m sure you’ve worked that out.

Hopefully someone with more specialist knowledge will come along. Good luck 🙏🏼
