What is this? A rash?

Just noticed these teeny tiny spots on DD today. On her back and front...bit more where her nappy sits at the waistband. She has mild eczema and hydrocortisone cream for it but not had any dry itchy patches for a while.
These spots don't seem to be bothering her but wondered if it's something I should worry about.
She's got 19 months now, got 2 new teeth coming in so a bit more tired and cranky but other than that she's her usual self...spots dont seem to be causing her any bother. Given calpol for teething twice today and giving one more dose before bed shortly. She's currently happy as Larry in the bath right now.

Any ideas? Wondering if it's a heat rash or something maybe?

Have you done the glass test? That’s what I do first but it looks quite like the viral rash my DS gets with every bug going. Keep an eye on it and on temperature.

I would also say do the glass test and keep an eye on her.

Looks like heat rash, though it hasn't been very hot today. I don't suppose you changed your washing powder?

Thanks for the replies! Haven't done the glass rest but will do in the morning. They're on her front and legs...couple of spots on her cheek as well. Looked worse when she was in the bath (see attached photos). She's fast asleep now so will see how she is in the morning and call NHS24 if needed.

Morning!

Thought I'd post a wee update. Spots still there - a few more on her cheeks and hands but did the glass pressure test yesterday and they 'blanched' when I did it so doesn't look like it's meningitis.
She's been her usual happy, cheeky self over the weekend - no signs of a cough or cold or anything like that.
Called NHS24 to be on the safe side and they've basically said that, as long as she's still her usual self and isn't unwell or anything, to just keep an eye on it. Was also advised to look at hand, foot and mouth pictures on the NHS website to see if her spots match those images - they don't, so I'm not concerned about that.
She's with her dad now until Wednesday and he's been told what to look out for so, fingers crossed, it'll pass in the next few days or so.

Thanks for your replies :)
