If its dairy free it'll be lactose free as lactose is the sugar in dairy milks

I know that. I should have rewarded my question better. Is it safe for young children because I know they do children version in nondairy so I am just wondering maybe it’s too strong for their gut ?

The website says its ok from age 3+
Does it say anything on the packaging?

Parentingfullofworris · 25/04/2023 15:00

No the website says it’s okay for dairy actimel 3+ but there is no comment in nondairy ones ( as they fairly new make)
I tried to call them but no one picks up

It's not very pleasant to drink. We tried it as I am cutting out dairy and threw most of then away.

They won't be dangerous for a child of 4
Depends if they like the taste
