Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I've always just washed them with hot soapy water.

kitcat15 · 29/11/2022 00:16

Do you mean a dummy?

relentless12 · 29/11/2022 03:53

no I definitely mean soothers? That’s what I call them or a pacifier

We call it a soother. Others say dummy or do-do, or whatever locally. Never wash ours, now baby is older. Rinse ok hot water, if dirty.

Bunda · 29/11/2022 04:32

I would and did carry on sterilising them for as long as they were being used

It depends on your environment - do you have pets? Does he drop them (or spit them out outside?). If yes, I would
Sterilise (in the top tray of the dishwasher is perfectly ok). If no, a good wash in hot soapy water.
