Should I do anything about DS toes

I noticed the other day that DS (4) has toes that sit under the next one, he said it doesn't cause any pain and can't see any hard skin or blisters etc. I've always made sure he's had good quality shoes so don't think it should be from a lack of foot support. Any advice whether to leave it as not causing him any problems or whether it's something that needs attention
Ps excuse the awful red carpet we've just moved house and it was the previous owners choice!

i think you can ask your gp about it or an orthopedist.

My grown up son had similar as a child in his case it was a genetic thing nothing to do with his shoes at all we just kept an eye on his feet and like your son his toes didn’t bother him at the start. . It gradually affected 3 toes on each foot they started being bent over til he was walking on the 1st joint of his toes. Not saying that your son has the same but his GP referred him to orthopaedics when he was older than your son. They tried cutting the tendon in the toe to stop it bending, you end up with a toe that’s a bit floppy. It didn’t do the trick for my son and eventually my son needed surgery to permanently straighten his toes, it’s quite a brutal surgery and they won’t do it til their feet reach an adult size my son had the surgery at age 13.
