6 year old not dry at night

As above, wondering when to worry about this.
He’s dry maybe 2-3 nights a week, always gets up for a wee on waking in morning.
younger sibling at 4 is wet every night.
both wear pull-ups.
One parent struggled with wetting at night into teens, am aware it can be inherited.
At what point do we worry/see doctor?

I would say that it's worth getting yourself into the system (as waiting lists can be very long) and checking out the things you can do now to help (assuming that it's not a lack of the hormone that concentrates urine overnight which might not have kicked in yet).

ERIC is the go-to resource: eric.org.uk/childrens-bladders/bedwetting/

I should have just googled it! thank you, that’s really helpful.
he barely drinks at all, and we had wondered if his bladder wasn’t stretched enough to hold out overnight.
will follow the tips on that website along with keeping an actual diary about nights.
thanks again

There is no need to worry at 6 , a significant proportion of six year olds are not dry at night. It does run in families but the vast majority of DC are dry naturally by senior school.Look at ERIC to get obvious tips but beyond that I would hang on for now.
