Neighbours burning wood affecting baby?

Hi, so my neighbours are burning their old furniture in the garden and my baby's room is absolutely stinking of smoke, it's the only room I can smell it in. There are holes around the bottom of his window frame that previous tenants fed cables through. I've soaked cotton pads and filled the holes the best I can and have left his room door slightly ajar but will he be ok in that room. One of the holes still has a cable in it with a gap between the cable and the hole so I've tried my best to fill it but I'm worried smoke will still get in. I have nowhere else for my baby to sleep and he won't sleep on me or in his pram. I'm so worried it will make him not well but I don't know what else I can do.

Can’t you move the cot into another room for a day or 2 until you cannot smell the smoke

I was going to say the same as PP, move the baby's cot into another room

I would definitely move him from that room until the smoke smell is gone. Especially as the furniture they are burning might have toxic paint/ varnish etc.

@WinnysPinny I'm home alone and I can't dismantle it myself or I would move it into the living room. I brought him into my bed to see if he would sleep but he just cried until I put him back into his cot.
