Fitbit heart rate readings for children

Does anyone's DC use a Fitbit with the heart rate monitor and if so, do you notice big jumps on it? My DD has been experiencing headaches and dizziness/fatigue since having covid in December. The GP has referred her but we have quite a wait until she is seen by paediatrics. This week she has been wearing a Fitbit and her heart rate jumps from 75 bpm up to around 150 bpm when she gets out of bed in the morning. Similar but slightly less dramatic jumps when getting up during the day (e.g. to get a drink when watching tv). The dizziness is reducing a bit (or perhaps she is getting used to it?) but the jumps are still there and I'm wondering if this is perhaps just a normal child thing rather than anything to worry about.

DD (9) has a Mii Band 5 which monitors heart rate. She has had it for nearly 2 years, so we have a long period of data. This doesn't happen for her. I would certainly mention this to her doctor. I know they don't like using data from devices which are not certified medical devices, but if it is a recurring pattern, the data is pretty much undeniable.

Thank you, yes, I don't want to be the anxious mother who presents the doctor with a load of spurious data, but at the same time, I'm concerned that it may show something amiss.
