Struggling with daughter

Hi, looking for some advice.

My daughter is 5 and I'm struggling with her so much atm. She's always had so much energy, like bouncing off the wall energy 24/7, she can't ever sit still. When doing her homework for school she's jumping up and down on the chair or kicking her legs or just generally fidgety, she's always moving when doing anything. Sitting at the table for tea it take her about an hour to eat a small plate because she's always getting off her chair and moving around and distracting herself away from her tea. She's terrible at remembering things, she usually goes upstairs to get into her pjs before bed and she will come down still in her clothes and say she's brushed her teeth and ready for bed, then when I ask her what she needs to get into bed she'll say she forgot about her pjs, she forgets things literally 2 seconds after you've told her something! She was swinging from the couch a few weeks back and I told her it's a little dangerous and to be careful as she could hurt herself so asked her to stop, two seconds later she faceplants the floor and bursts her nose open, I fixed her up, cleaned her nose etc and then again she started swinging from the couch she just had an accident on😫😫 she seems to be forgetting everything she's learning at school when it comes to her homework so I'm focusing a lot on doing this at home with her but she's recently just changed schools and I've still to be set up on the online stuff to be able to chat to her teacher. I just have a feeling she's displaying signs of adhd, but I feel bad for thinking it incase she's just a super hyper child but I just have a feeling it's going deeper than that, could anyone help? Or offer some advice please x

I would start by asking the teacher if you can have telephone chat with her or come into school to discuss your concerns.
