Is this eye test correct/possible

So - I posted not long ago about my 8 year old daughter persistent headache.
Few weeks relentless now - not debilitating but present and enough to moan about.
I've been to gp - they've ordered blood tests to check for deficiencies as she is a picky eater.
Questions from doc and many fellow Mumsnetters and friends/teachers is have you had her eyes checked.
My response has been - yes - she last had a check in the summer hols and got new glasses (been wearing since age 2).
But I had changed practise and not taken her prior test results with us.
So today I've called around and got her prior prescription (December 2019) and the most current (august 2021) to compare...
Is this swing particular with axis possible???
Any opticians / optometrists on here?
I have her initial prescription from 2015 too, so minor change to 2019 in 4 years but seemingly big swing year and half later...
Here's the details - keen to have expert opinion (have booked another test for two weeks time too of course)!

Right. Left
Sph. Cyl. Axis. Sph. Cyl. Axis

It's possible - but I'd go and get it re-checked.

Call and say that she's having problems with headaches and the GP has recommended another eye exam.

NB - Make sure you take the glasses in with you. (I had a VERY annoying day on Monday, almost every single patient had either forgotten their glasses or contact lenses and I tend to only see people on a Monday who are having problems with either one!)

Hi OP I’ve learnt that there’s a few different ways of writing prescriptions. I don’t know how it works but I know it means they can look very different on paper.

Apparently it’s an older way and a newer way. Maybe pop back in and ask?

I found this out when a new Optitions thought my glasses were really different to the written prescription I had taken in. It was written differently to their machine print off

Thanks @underneaththeash and @PinkPlantCase

I have got a retest booked for two weeks time

And have actually suggested to my daughter to stop wearing them in meantime in case that is the issue - it's a fairly mild prescription and she manages without, so just in case it helps going to give it a try...

They're both written in the same way - minus cyl.

But yes, that can sometimes cause issues.

It's the axis swing that seems big to me
