How to get my 9.5 month old to sleep through the night

He used to sleep through the night however for the past few months he's been waking several times, that's why I don't think it could just be a sleep regression.

I've not changed nothing, bedtime is around 7/7:30pm, however the past week or so he's been pushing it further and further back and just not sleeping until gone 9 some nights. He's still in my room and several times in the night he's waking up and I'm having to get up to replace his dummy, or get him into my bed until he's asleep. He does know the cot is for sleeping as I can put him in it awake at bed time and he'll get himself to sleep. I just don't know how to stop these constant wakings because they never used to happen and it means my sleep every night is broken sleep too.

Also I'll add, he doesn't wake up for a feed or anything, his last bottle is about 6:30/7 and he has that before he is put into his bed. I don't want him to get into the habit of needing milk to fall asleep.

Has he recently started rolling/crawling/standing/cruising/walking? Has teething intensified? These could all be contributory factors to what is understood to be the 8-10month sleep regression. I also read when baby starts crawling or walking there can be sleep disruption for up to 3 months!

He's been crawling since about 6 months and standing/cruising for a couple of months so maybe this could be what it is. As of yet he's not got any teeth nor showing and signs of teething so I don't think this may be the thing bothering him. Hopefully it will just pass as he was such a good sleeper so I know he can do it
