Multivitamins for toddler

My daughter started multivitamins just nearly 2 weeks ago and since has had mushy bowels on and off, she has 5ml every morning as recommended for her age group, tonight though her bowels black/brown and mushy. Is this normal? She's not unwell besides recovering from a upper respiratory infection which she's had on and off and been treated for bad chest and negative Covid test. But she's never had this with being under the weather before so I'm just wondering if the multivitamins have caused her bowels to change a bit?

Does the multi-vitamin have iron in it? That can definitely affect their tummy's.

I don't think so no, that's what's weird

Does it have sorbitol or another sweetener in? That can cause yucky nappies.
