2 1/2 year old tummy bug?

Hello everyone - looking for a bit of reassurance please. Our 2.5yr old DD isn't quite herself and while we wait for 111 to call back I'd appreciate any of your expert opinions.

A week ago she had a rash on her cheeks and neck for a day which our childminder thought might be slapped cheek syndrome, but this went away after a day or so. Since then DD has not been eating as well as she usually does, even all her favourite foods. She will however happily drink milk and her milk intake has gone up as the food has gone down. In the last week she's only done big poos once, although she does find them painful so has been known to avoid pooping even when everything else is fine.

She's still herself but tires more easily than normal and can be a bit more irritable than normal. We're thinking we just ride it out for another week or so and give her lots of cuddles and whatever she will bring herself to eat. The childminder has noticed she's sometimes a bit warm when she's there but doesn't seem overly concerned. We rate the childminder a lot so aren't ringing alarm bells either, but does this sound familiar to anyone?

Does she have all her teeth? Dd is about the same age and is cutting back molars and canines. Sounds the same.

Thanks - no we think they're all there and earlier when they were coming through she was all over the place. Seems much less extreme this time thankfully!

Kids are such a worry.

Could be just one of those things. Low grade virus, growth spurt. Constipation. If no real temp and generally OK in herself I would just keep an eye and maybe take to GP before weekend if still concerned. Not sure re 111. Here they would say GP tomorrow but nearest hospital is about two hours away.

It may have been, be slapped cheek. NHS page quite good for symptoms in that. Don't think much can be done other than what your doing.
