What could these little blisters be?

First noticed last Friday, my mums a nurse suggested could be impetigo so it has been covered and fucidin antibiotic cream on twice a day since. However it has not changed a bit, not spread but not disappeared either. It isn’t bothering her, just really odd I’ve not see anything like it before.
It’s the back of her arm above elbow and I noticed it totally by accident as I brushed past her arm playing.

Any ideas? Don’t want to bother gp but also wondering if I should try applying something else to get rid of it.

If it's impetigo, you should see a go asap, not because it's dangerous but because it can spread like wildfire and then be a nightmare to get rid of. Also, if it is impetigo, then I'm pretty sure DC shouldn't go to school until they have been talking antibiotics for 24 hours.

Molluscum?

If it was impetigo it would have spread by now. Could be ring worm?

My DS2 had something similar on his cheeks and I took him to he examined and they said it was exema but I'm not sure if it's the same thing as your DD but it does look very similar, I'll follow this thread to see the suggestions
