Can anyone recommend a Vit D supplement for kids?

I suddenly remembered today dc (aged 2 and 5) should be getting this over the winter. Is there a spray for kids that tastes okay? Or a chewy supplement? Both fussy eaters hence hoping to hear of one that goes down well. Thanks Smile

You get sprays and drops for that age. Its 10ug/400IU vitamin D3 that you would look for

A lot of the chewy vit d's don't have the correct dose, most are 5ug and as above it should be 10ug.
I use the Boots own multivits with my 5yr old which has the higher dose, she loves the orange chewy bears and they do them in strawberry too.
I think they say from 3yrs old.
Good thing with Boots is the 3 for 2 on vitamins, definitely helps when you have more than one child to buy for as I can mix with getting the Bassetts for my older DD who's a bit old for chewy bears now

This is the one I got. Apparently tastes ok.

My kids eat Tesco chewable multivitamins which are fruit flavoured. They're not expensive and often on a 3 for 2 offer. We get the cheaper ones which are hard and a bit chalky, although my DC have always been happy to eat them, but there are slightly more expensive "gummy" ones which are much like sweets.

They also do one for younger children. My dcs have the one linked too

Thank you so much everyone, this is really helpful. I was at a bit of a loss.
