As above, I mentioned this to the health visitor at her 3 year old check up and was told it's normal in toddlers and should correct by age 7-8. That age came and still the turn so mentioned it to the go around age 8 or 9 during a asthma check up and again in year 7, the reply was it was normal in some children and should correct itself by teenage years. So dd is now 14 and the foot still turns in, it causes her trip up regularly as the right foot blokes the left, it also causes her to walk at a diagonal angle, she blasts through ÂŁ45 school shoes in a month to 6 weeks as she wears down the sole on one side so badly they have holes in them. I have made a GP appointment as I am concerned this is not normal or a much closer look it seems to me the turn actually starts much further up the leg as in above the knee. Has anybody had any experience in this? My other children's legs and feet are straight, I am slightly annoyed now I wasn't taken seriously when I previously tried to resolve the issue, nobody ever actually looked at her.
