Hayfever - what to do?

Well, my 10 year old has had hayfever for a few years now.

She isn't growing out of it and this year we've decided to get her tested. I'm about to pay about £250 for a private consultation and trying to see whether there are better options?

Do you have any advice on where to turn? It'll be private I guess.
(We have spoken to our NHS GP a few years ago and he said the case is borderline, but isn't severe enough to warrant a NHS test, fair enough!)

My son is 6 and this year had horrendous hayfever, much worse than previous years. Not sure why. We tried the usual antihistamines but didn't seem to help. A friend suggested a homeopath and I thought, nothing ventured nothing gained! Having been sceptical, I would actually highly recommend, my son took the tinctures and after a week or so it made a huge difference. We were down to almost zero antihistamine.
It's worth a shot! Good luck xx
