Worried about dehydration

My 11 month old son has nearly completely weaned himself off of formula. He has around 100 ml a day, if that. I am not worried about his nutrients as I am a chef, we are vegan, I am giving him vitamin D drops and he eats exceptionally well.

However his liquid intake has dropped dramatically. How much liquid should they have at this age? He has around 50-100ml of water a day. He doesn't have dried lips but his wee was darker than usual last night (although he ate a lot of spinach?) I sat with him and persistently gave him 120ml of water before bed(in a tippy cup). I then gave him 120ml bottle of water this morning which he was happy with.

At breakfast he hardly drank again. Should I worry or just keep leaving cups around the house for him to drink when he's ready?

Does he have other sources of calcium? He should be having around 300/350mls or equivalent in milk from age 1. Maybe have a lidded cup of water available during the day in case he wants a drink

I hadn't thought of it. Thank you. He eats cheese, yogurt, almond butter but not directly from milk. I will try him on a few different milks to see if he takes to them. I always cook with alpro growing up milk and he has cereal every morning. Maybe I'll try to pump it in to him through food and cook creamy dishes with milk to try and tackle this as it so important at this age. Are there any suppliments if he won't take to it?

You could give him a general multivitamin like abidec? Or WellKid?
