Paediatric jargon - can anyone help?!

Hello!
Long story short, daughter under paediatrics for multiple things (also under a couple of other services) had her paed review recently, all went okay, nothing mentioned that we didn't already know and everything was as expected.
Had the written letter of the appointment through today (goes to her doctors, and other teams where relevant) and on the letter is written
'Neurologically had a wide gait'
Does anybody know what this means? I'm very confused, as these words weren't mentioned during the appointment haha. I will ring up her consultant tomorrow, however at the moment it's taking several weeks if not longer just to get a call back so if anyone is smarter than me and can help? I have googled, but it didn't help and just kept bringing up neurological disorders

Walks with legs further apart than average. Can imply a problem with balance. Can be normal. Neurologically just means it refers to that bit of examination/observation.

@nocoolnamesleft ah fantastic thank you! She has hip dysplasia, so the wide legs isn't surprising just wasn't sure what the wording meant as they hadn't said it!
