Hi my dd is approaching 14.5 years old and still has a lot of baby teeth she has lost the front bottom & four front top she was due to have the two canines extracted but due to the covid it’s been postponed . I’m really worried I was told when she was young thT she would have over crowding but none of her baby teeth are budging she’s had xrays the second ones are there
Has anyone else’s child still got baby teeth at this age ?

For what I know a person should have all permanent teeth around 12-13yo, except for the wisdom teeth later. Not finding space to come out could block the growth of permanent teeth but there are other medical reasons too and her dentist should have checked that years ago.
Honestly I don't know if her situation is a common one, I would look for a highly professional dentist as soon as possible.
