Any dentists around?

My DD who is 3 has mentioned a couple of times the past few days she’s got a sore tooth. I checked her teeth tonight and one of the bottom front teeth is wobbly and has turned a darker colour. I’m horrified and distraught!
I don’t know what to do. Is this emergency enough to see the emergency dentist. Normal dentist is closed currently. I don’t remember her banging her mouth this week.
Can a wobbly tooth firm back up once it’s turned colour?
If anyone has any experience or advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Dentist here, it’s possible it’s had a knock a long time ago. Sometimes teeth that have had a bump do not show problems for several months or even years. If she’s not in pain there’s not too much to be done. Normally a dentist would check it but right now there is incredibly limited face to face appointment provision, anything that can be managed at home should be. Calpol if painful/not allergic and keep area as clean as you can. Dental practice should still be available for telephone advice so call them on Monday if you want reassurance, but there’s not going to be much more they can do at the moment. Hope she feels ok!

If it's turned a darker colour then the tooth has died.
I really wouldn't worry as these will be her milk teeth anyway.

Thank you for replying. If it’s wobbly would you expect it to fall out soon then?
I don’t think she’s in major pain with it but she has mentioned it a couple of times, just very matter of fact saying this is the sore tooth. I feel really bad not for not checking it when she first said it but the kids are always having sore this and that for the tiniest little scratch I didn’t think anything of it Blush

The niggling thought at the back of my head is that she hasn’t banged her face and all her teeth are going to start falling out one by one. She is always falling over and running into things though so hopefully she’s just banged it x
