Appendicitis???

Wondered if any of you can help or have any advice. My daughter (7) woke up this morning with severe pain in her tummy - around her belly button. She was consistently throwing up, couldn't even keep water down. I phoned 111 after a few hours and they sent me down to an urgent care unit where the doctor said "it's not a stomach bug but see how she goes". He told me to watch for dehydration and if her pain persists. She's slept for hours waking up to be sick or because of the pain, she's just started screaming out about pain in her left lower leg (calf). I have absolutely no idea what to do or what this could be. She has no fever. Just constant vomiting, stomach pain and now leg pain and very tired.
Any advice???? 🥺

My son was ill recently and to rule out appendicitis they asked him to lay flat and lift his right leg

Get her checked out. No one on here can help you. None of us knows anything about her. Don’t waste time waiting for responses. If she’s in that much pain and vomiting get her checked by another doctor!

Surely you take her to A and E?! That’s what I would do anyway.

Call 111 again or take her to a&e

Children are very clear about pain. Any pain that's bad enough for her to be "screaming" in pain needs to be checked out asap.

You need go get back in contact with the medics. 111, urgent care or A&E, but you need to go tonight.

Has she been drinking today? Or just vomiting?

A and E. My son presented like that when he was 10 and it was appendicitis. Don't chance it OP. It will be really quiet up there so you should be seen quickly.
