See the GP. Eating hair is Pica and needs medical assessment.

Does he drink a lot of milk?

Pearson1 · 20/02/2020 10:06

Yeah he drinks milk morning and night time still, So hes never ever still and I mean hes on the go constantly, nothing fears him, he doesnt listen, gets frustrated and squeezes his arm, no attention span at all, eats fluff and now pulling at his hair also it takes him about 2hours at night now to settle he fidgets all over the bed.

Hair pulling and eating sounds like trichotillomania but the other things make it sound like something much bigger. Speak to your HV or GP

Mine did it for a while at that age - no medical issues and she stopped. I said no every time but she used to do it falling asleep.

Mine also used to pull fluff out of her teddies with her teeth and we also struggled with bedtime. Worth getting checked out but it was just a developmental stage for mine (bedtimes got easier too with persistence)

Thankyou all, I have the health visitor coming out to assess him next week at nursery then they will come to me. I just worry because hes completely the opposite to my other two
