I'm sure this has been asked a few times before, but.....

.....can anybody direct me towards recipes that sneak vegetables in?

Not looking for advice on how to encourage my children to eat vegetables.

I want recipes that sneak veg in, or a thread leading to same.

There are some good recipes here www.myfussyeater.com/10-of-the-best-hidden-veggie-recipes-for-kids/
This recipes goes down well with my 3 year old too www.hiddenfruitsandveggies.com/2013/09/25/basil-spinach-pesto/
I feel your pain, my son went from being a really adventurous eater to being very fussy. I hear it's just a phase so I'm really hoping so. I sneak a multivitamin liquid into his porridge every morning and hide probiotics in his yoghurts, so at least I know he is getting everything he needs vitamin wise each day!

hidden veggie tomato sauce for pasta

ketchup with hidden veggies (you can make it and then tip into a branded bottle if your dc will fuss)

hidden veggie meatballs

hidden veg pizza (I also add sweetcorn as a topping)

spinach-smoothie/ hidden veg chocolate milkshake]]

hidden veg 'sloppy joes

carrot French toast sticks

if your dc are old enough to have smaller fruits, mine like frozen blueberries as a snack too

Smoothie made of banana, frozen blueberries, frozen spinach and peanut butter. Tastes fantastic. My kids love it. Or frozen pineapple, frozen spinach and oat milk.

Oh wow.....thank you so much all of you!!!!

They all sound amazing - porridge by the way is such a good, healthy breakfast!

Love the hidden veg tomato sauce.

And that smoothie.....that's gonna be their breakfast tomorrow.

DS is actually nearly 5 and DD is 2. I can bribe (what?!!) DS to eat a couple of pieces of veg but the 2 year old is having none of it. There's an American site by a nutritionist called Super Healthy Kids and a few of her recipes are quite good.
