Dd is complaining she feels freezing cold. Crying because of it. Can’t get warm. Her temp is 36.0 - 36.4 so not too bad. But she’s has complained literally all day of this.

Could this be a sign of illness on the way??

Could be something working on her yes, just keep her wrapped up but not overly and keep taking her temp. Is your thermometer def working properly? Try it on yourself too.

Yes she feels cold. She’s had a onesie and dressing gown on and still cold!!

My dd gets like this when about to get ill- so do I. Wrap her up and give calpol if shes really miserable

I would say something is working on her unless has she been out in really cold weather today with school or anything? Could have given her a wee chill just.

My son was like this the other day. Temp spiked to 39 that night but calpol brought it down. He was fine the next morning.

My 10yr old has been shivery with heavy cold symptoms. Almost flu but not quite. It's lasted nearly 2 weeks. The chill hasn't been permanent though. Sore throat, sleepy etc

Flossie44 · 19/12/2019 21:49

No she’s not got pain.
She has other health issues but I was thinking maybe this was a normal child thing....
