Poop

DD is almost 8 months. She's just had a pretty big explosive poop that's basically mucousy/browny/greeny. She's EBF and BLW. Does this sound like teething poo. She normally goes 3-4 times a week and it's like normal poo now.

She has a couple of teeth that have come in with not too many issues (she needed some calpol for a few nights, that's it).
She's started drooling a lot so I'm wondering if she's teething.

She seems fine in herself. She'd normally be in bed but she had a late nap and is currently hyper and crawling around the living room, so luckily I was aware straight away when she did the poo 😂.

Poo will start to change with diet if it's a mustard colour then fine with breastfed baby but you mentioned greeny?
Poo can be quite runny when teething not all the time though it's to do with the extra saliva they're producing hope this helps failing that speak to your Midwife/HV xx

I honestly wouldn't ever worry about one poo, unless we're talking blood (and even then in kids it's highly unlikely to be anything serious).

With poo I tend to play a longer game - if the poops consistently odd I'd start getting more concerned.

Yeah cd be teething or just eating something that disagreed with her, their guts are not as developed as an adult's! I'd only worry if it went on more than a day or two

Just jot down what she has eaten today and then if it happens again compare note with that days diet. There may be a food that disagrees with her, or she may be teething.
