Wobbly Tooth Worries

Bit of a long story -
My daughter has her second wobbly baby tooth, it's incredibly loose but she's too scared to do anything with it apart from a little wibble wobble which I'm trying to encourage daily. Her new adult tooth is growing slightly behind it and I'm not sure if it should be growing up underneath?
Her first wobbly baby tooth came through in the exact same way and I took her to the dentist as it was hurting and she was struggling to eat. The dentist took it out. They gave her a local which she found really painful, and popped the tooth out in seconds. However an hour later she passed out, then vomited as she came round, so now is terrified of the dentist, and of this tooth coming out. It's been wobbly for 2 months now, but my worry is that her gums are looking sore around the wobbly tooth, and my daughter is eating to the side of her mouth to avoid the tooth, I really don't want to to put her through the upset and fear of going back to the dentist to have this one out, will it come out on it's own? Or will I need to have it taken out because of the new adult tooth's position? Any advice would be fantastic xx

It's quite normal to get the 'shark teeth' effect. Both mine had that and didnt need teeth removed. Think an apple was responsible for removing a tooth on one occasion!
