Feet problems

Hi,
My little boy started walking at 7 months old (he is two now). It is extremely hard to explain this, but he has always walked with his toes curled all the way under, as if he has no toes. He also expresses on a daily basis that his feet are sore. I have expressed my concern to his HV, GP and his pead he has for allergies. Of course I am just the concerned mum that doesn't know anything. I took my son to an open clinic to see the physio therapist. the physiotherapist is unsure as to why he is walking the way he does. however she did express her concern about this there for she is going to investigate this further. she also said that my sons muscles around his ankles are extremely tight. I guess I'm just looking for any parents out there who have been through the same if not similar for a rough idea as to why this is going on with my sons feet. as to the tight muscles around his ankle will this cause him any further issues?

I may be wrong but it could be talipes? My friends little boy recently had an operation for this at 5 years old to correct it, he walked on his tip toes, almost bounced everywhere. He is now learning to walk properly.

It does say when you Google that the feet are turned inwards with talipes, my friends little boy they weren't, it was just his ankles were tight like you described, I'm sure the term they used was still talipes, I could be wrong though I will ask my friend.
