Holidays tummy bug

We are currently on holidays abroad and dd 10montha has vomiting yesterday. Threw up once over night and once yesterday evening. Otherwise great spirits and keeping food and milk down.
Unfortunately my 2 yr old has now started vomiting. It has been continuous for past hour, and it is now green bile. She has done 2 pee's in this time.
Nhs website suggests if vomiting is green to contact GP. Hers is green as it's bile. It does seem to be a 24 hr thing from her sister. Would you think I would need to take her to GP here? She is asleep now but I have dioralyte to give when she wakes and she has been taking sips of water inbetween throwing up. I'm thinking she will be fine if she stops throwing up in next few hours and manages to keep some water down and stays responsive/alert.
Ugh she just woke to be sick again as I write this

If she's only been vomiting for an hour or so id wait and watch, keep up small sips of water, I think the rule is a tablespoon amount every 15 minutes. If she's still continuous with green vom after about 3 hours I'd seek advice. Usually the initial vomiting is the worst of it out of the way. I'd stick to plain dry foods for 48hrs as well as you don't want to risk a relapse while abroad, most little ones relapse if they return to normal foods too soon as they're little tummys can't hack it.

Thanks @Nogodsnomasters that's really helpful and reassuring.

It does seem to be slowing down now. She was just sick again but it was 20min since previous. Won't drink for me but sleeping inbetween so I'll see what way she goes

The hotel reps advised I take them to hospital, so have got anti sickness meds for them both and oldest one is getting rehydration drinks in 30 min when anti sickness kicks in.

Now to keep them entertained in hotel room :-/

Glad to hear that op, I'm sure it's reassuring they've been checked out. Plenty of ipad/youtube and naps should do the trick xx
