add has started experiencing travel sickness when going on boats and I am wondering what other people have found helpful.

I ave researched and seen pastilles, bands, medication and wonder what others have found successful. I remember taking tablets as a child and they made me very sleepy! I expect the newer tablets don't but wondered whether some are better than others.

Thanks in advance.

Wristbands are brilliant, I’ve suffered with travel sickness (esp on boats) for my whole life (I’m 35) - the bands work the best. Aesop flight therapy oil rubbed on wrists is also a good distraction. For tablets for flights - when you don’t mind the drowse - I recommend Stugeron but keep wrist bands on too.

I've always been very travel sick and can totally sympathise about the tablets making you drowsy! I now use Kwells, which seem to work well without the drowsiness. I

Thanks for suggestions.

I remember taking kwells and these made me feel really sleepy ☹️

It is a field trip on boats so she needs to be awake which is why I worry about drowsiness.

It sounds like wrist bands could be option.
