8 month old won't drink anything

Hi after some advice
I have an 8 month old daughter who has over the last few weeks reduced the amount of formula feeds she'll take to about only 12pz a day.
Last week she was diagnosed with a chest infection and bronchiolitis and since Thursday has refused any fluids whatsover. She just turns her head away and cries. We have tried formula/ juice and water in different bottles and cups to no avail. We ended up in hospital with her on Friday and were told to syringe water into her every 5 mins while there. But this isn't sustainable for ever as I have a 3 year old too. She just screams and we have to pin her down to do it. We have had to give her antibiotics and medicines via a syringe last week so I don't know if this has given her a phobia about the teat going in her mouth?!
The thing is she is eating fine bit fussy but taking fruit and veg pouches and yoghurts and sometimes porridge so is having wet and dirty nappies (not as many as normal) so wouldn't say she is totally dehydrated. I'm worried she's not getting enough nutrients not having the formula.

Any tips or has anyone been through this before?

The larger capri suns have the same spout as a fruit pouch you could tip out half and top up with water to make it less sugary if she would take that.
Failing that though i would keep going with the syringe or a teaspoon if that goes any better

Try to add extra water to normal porridge. Failing that I might give her ice cream, or extra carbs - she will eventually get thirsty and hopefully take in water. Hope she starts drinking soon.

Thanks I've tried watering foods down like porridge and yoghurts it does help but so worried she's not getting the formula and the nutrients that has x

Ice pops or ice lolly will get fluids into her, keep putting out her sippy cup or offering bottles but if she refuses don't force it as you will create more of a resistance.
