Worried about daughters symptoms - pains around ribs and headaches

Hi everyone, I am a bit flummoxed by my daughters current set of symptoms and we have been to the doctors a few times too. She fell ill with nausea and stomach ache 2 weeks ago. Since then she still has pain around her lower ribs/top of stomach, headaches and pains in her limbs. She also has low energy and anxiety. These symptoms all come and go and have gotten slightly better over time. She doesnt have a fever. The GPs have given various opinions like its psychosomatic or she is constipated. She gets these pains when she is busy having a nice time and when she is quiet. She is also going to the toilet normally. What would you do? I know the docs think I'm fussing! I should also add that my daughter has a large boil on her gum which may be making her feel ill too. I'm gonna call our dentist on Monday about that issue.

I would continue to go to the GP and request blood tests to be honest. Doesn’t sound right to me - not saying it is a serious underlying issue BUT it isn’t normal either and I would push for further investigation

Could she have gas that is making her uncomfortable. How old is she? Wasn't sure how well she'd be able to communicate hows she is feeling.
Also if she has an ulcer on gums that usually shows that you're run down. I usually get them after being ill.
After stomach bug she may need probiotics and vitamins to help build her strength up. Realise that whilst she wasn't sick she still could have caught something even if now technically not showing infection.

Obviously if symptoms are persistent always return to doctors.
