11 week old routine

Hi, not sure where to post this, just looking for some advice.
My DD is almost 3 months and EBF. I definitely didn't push her into any kind of routine, but since about 8 weeks she has naturally fallen into one at night....I can almost set my watch by when she will go down and when she will feed overnight.

But during the day, she HATES napping. I just let her feed and nap as and when she wants, but I'm having to encourage naps more often as she is getting over tired.
Now, should I just let her nap as often as I can? Or should I encourage a nap schedule and try to get her down at the same time every day (and therefore planning our days around her naps). I wasn't planning on a schedule, but as she does it at night would it be easier for her?

Thanks

My dd is 4 months old and I pretty much let her nap whenever she wants. I know her tired signs so try to catch it before she goes into an overtired meltdown.
She’s also put herself into a routine at night and I too could almost set my clock by her. She sleeps through too so I look at it as if she’s sleeping through I don’t care how she sleeps in the day

Just go with her flow. Even if you manage to implement a routine (which will be no fun getting to), it'll have to change every time she hits a leap

Thank you both.
DD doesn't sleep through, but wakes me for 2 20min feeds so it's easily manageable.
I'll just keep encouraging the naps when we can. She falls asleep brilliantly at night then during the day is just wide awake and smiley until she becomes too exhausted!
