Hi, I've tried googling this but it's a bit vague so if anyone here works in / has knowledge of this area I'd be grateful.

DC 10, bone age x-ray shows bone age of 5yr 10months.

Blood tests etc all seem fine, DC is certainly shortest in class, no signs of puberty.

Should such a difference in age v bone age bea concern?

I would call the Child Growth foundation directly: they are very helpful. (Magic Foundation is you are in America).

A bone age that’s younger than actual age is generally good and means they have more growing to do: but that’s my very basic understanding and the CGF will help better!

Yes second what ElyElyOy says. CGF are very helpful but yes I would consider a delayed bone-age being a good sign (my child has bone age scans; It's never been that delayed though - usually 1 - 2 years out).
