Dd lips have been red and sore since this morning , in the bath tonight I noticed they are spotty or could they be tiny blisters ?
She's not been herself the last couple of days, wingey, crying, horrendous tantrums Confused
I've done a little googling but tend to scare myself ! Also worried about our 4 month old catching it
TIA BiscuitThanks

My DD1 had hand, foot and mouth back in Feb. I first noticed like pin prick spots on her legs and bum (thought it was nappy rash at first or maybe chicken pox) and then noticed a few spots on her thumb which I first thought were warts! I don’t think that looks like hand foot and mouth, but more of like a rash from licking their lips / moisture.

We the spots anywhere else?
My dd had hf&m last summer at 14 months.
Hers were predominantly on the soles of her foot and in her mouth- so looked different to the spots you've shown.
I'd certainly keep her out of childcare tomorrow based on her lips. Looks uncomfortable poor lamb.

Ive just had a google of that rash you mentioned @Marshmellowmathers it doesn't seem to look like that either it's strange , my dp thinks it looks like cold sores the spots seem to have popped now
The spots around her mouth just came up tonight , I've checked her every couple of hours for anymore (soles of feet , hands)
If it hasn't cleared by the morning ile try and get her into see the gp
