DD6 has wobbly adult tooth after accident

My DD had a fall a few weeks ago on the stairs and smacked her face right on the edge of the step. She had a terrible bruise under her top lip and a nose bleed but nothing that I thought was long lasting so never followed it up.
This morning she complained of her mouth hurting and showed me where, when I had a look one of her front adult teeth has become abit loose Sad does this mean it's going to fall out and she will have no tooth there or is there any way it can be rectified? Making a dentist appointment in the morning but can't stop worrying.

No experience as a child but an adult friend had her 2 front teeth knock loose playing hockey, there was a risk she'd lose them but the dentist managed to save them, I don't know the details of how but it is not a sure thing that they will fall out.

Hope it all works out well for your DD

go see a dentist asap.
dc had a fall like that and now a couple of years later all is good but teeth were wobbly for a bit and dc was ordered to have only soft food for a month and no teeth brushing (mouthwash instead)

I've read online that the dentist sometimes use a splint type thing to keep the tooth in place but the other front tooth is still growing through so not sure how they will do it.
Also is it classed as a dental emergency? Don't want to get fobbed off and made to wait for ages!

they were talking about a brace for dc.
but in the and it wasn't neccessary. we had an xray to see if the teeth/jaw were broken and then monthly appointments to check progress.
good luck!

and it absolutely is a dental emergency!

Thankyou @greenelephantscarf oh gosh atleast there was nothing broken! When DD fell I thought she broke her nose as it was the only injury I could see at the time, it was only when she was brushing her teeth in the evening that she came to me crying and told me she couldn't do it then I looked under her top lip and it was fully black and blue! Horrible day still gives me shivers.
Got the appointment booked for tomorrow morning so hopefully all is well!
