Please help anxious mum - worms

My kids have never had worms and it’s my biggest anxiety (I have ocd and it’s a huge trigger). Was just changing ds2 nappy and found a white fibre in it. It didn’t look like a worm, not curvy and not moving. My question is if I found a worm in his nappy how obvious would it be? Could this be one? Thanks (please be gentle I’m really anxious)

Could be! But I feel much more at peace with the fact that we've had them three times!

Actually I cannot find what I originally read about this so I'm going to say it might all be Internet bullshit and half remembered facts from some sub horizon TV, but at least this suggests black pepper has anti lavae effects. Phew!
