ICSI - any effects to the child?

I conceived via ICSI after years of issues and my DS has just turned 7. He has rather bad speech issues, is being monitored for dyspraxia and I've had a few professionals (dentists and doctors) ask if he has ADHD. Gorgeous boy...social and helpful but has a few confidence issues. I wondered whether anyone else who has gone through ICSI has similar problems?

It has always surprised me that no one has ever asked for feedback on him to monitor whether the conception process affects the child.

I'm not blaming the process by the way and am grateful daily that it was available and successful. Just curious as to whether there's a link.

My ds was conceived via ICSI 17 years ago. He’s perfectly ‘normal’ in that he hasn’t got any thing medically wrong with him, no mental or social issues etc.
I went through a period of time when he was your child’s age and his baby teeth weren’t wobbly like everyone of his friends and I wondered if it was anything to do with the way he was conceived! What I’m trying to say badly is that there’s no way of telling why our kids are late loosing their teeth, have ADHD or dyspraxia, or any number of things.
My ds seems to be the same as his peers now, he excelled at his GSCEs and has a lovely girlfriend. He stayed out too late at a party and argues that blackbis white. He’s just a ‘normal’ teenager and I barely give his conception a second thought now.
