How long does it take your DC to get their appetite back after illness

We have all had a stomach bug. Me and Dh are more or less back to normal. DD 16 months however still won't eat. The last proper meal she has was last Friday so it has been a full week now. She is still bf and doctors don't seem concerned unless she is showing signs of dehydration. How long does your DC take to get the appetite back?
I'm concerned as I can really see she has lost weight and she has always been a slim baby to begin with.

Is she eating absolutely nothing or just not full meals yet? If she is eating some small things like yogurt or plain toast then just let her have whatever she wants if you're worried about weight loss. If she's eating absolutely nothing at all after 1 week then I would go back to the gp again.

How much is she feeding?

Dd2 used to revert backwards if she was ill, so she would return to crawling and only taking breastmilk. It was strange because she was the least keen on breastfeeding and the earliest to walk of the three of mine, but she was the only one to do this. It would last certainly a week, occasionally two.

Thanks she is barely eating anything maybe just afew blueberries or raspberries a day, two days ago she had abit of yogurt. She is having regular bf so I think that's why the doctors aren't too concerned.
I'm just not use to her like this. Apart from the odd cold and teething where she might have a bad day.
I have to be in work Monday, DH will be off with her but it means she won't be able to have any breast milk. As she won't take it from a cup and doubt I would have enough to express.
