Advice on low white blood cells. Going out of my mind

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me please. My husbands niece passed away in January aged 23 of a rare blood disorder called TTP that she never knew she had. We all as a family had our bloods tested and my daughter who was 7 at the time came back with slightly reduced white blood cells. I think they were 3.8. Doctor wasn’t overly concerned and said I didn’t have to have them re tested but I said yes. The first bloods were taken on the 15th February. She had tonsillitis on the 1st February.

She had the second bloods done on the 16th April. They came back Lower which I think again was 2.8. The doctor has referred her to the heamotogist and that’s on the 20th July. He said over all her white blood cells were fine, but this just one element was low. (I can’t recall what element her refered to) he also said that everything else in her bloods were fine. Overall she’s a veg healthy now 8 year old, with lots of energy and is well, but did have a stomach sickness bug last week. I’m out of my mind with worry. I’m on meds for anxiety. I’ve done the evil google which has made me worse. Has anyone experienced this, either with yourself or your little ones? I can’t begin to tell you how worried I am. Any help would be very much appreciated d

Yes. It's a v long story but I'll try to condense it! Constant infections/illness
Locum GP did bloods and actually looked at my other 50+ blood tests
Low WBC, mostly neutrophils on all. Sent to haematology as emergency
Diagnosed with autoimmune neutropenia - I produce neutrophils fine but then kill them off (helpful!) so I'm immunosuppressed
I take GCSF which increases my neutrophils and see haematology every 12 weeks for a check and to get my prescription for injections
That's it Smile
Counts can alter massively, neutrophils normal is between 2-8 I think. Mine were 0.3 at diagnosis. I injected late at night, they took blood in the morning and they were at 28 😂
