trapped wind - 10 week old

My baby boy is 10 weeks this Thursday and he suffers terribly with trapped wind. I’ve tried everything to help him - infacol, gripe water and baby Gaviscon.
He is bottle fed and is feeding every 2 hours in the day and takes no more than 4 ounces in 1 go. Some times only 1 ounce. I raised my concerns to my health care visitor about his feeding and she said it’s “normal” and it’s classed as grazing?
Also when he feeds you can hear his belly gurgle which then results in him crying.
I have also tried changing his bottles to the dr brown bottles which everyone raves about but it’s not making any difference.
Does any body have these issues?
Can anybody help with any suggestions?
Thanks x

I just tried different products (gripe water mostly) until I found one that worked. The one that was most effective for my lo was nutrigen gasodex.

What symptoms is he having?

Try stripping him off and cycling his legs

My babies fed like yours it is feeding on demand really. Try and find a product that works i preferred infacol also put him on your lap or changing mat and cycle his legs might help. Apparentley baby massage can help trapped wind

It's really rough for them - and for you. I remember those days!

You could look up the anti-colic baby massage. Mine also had quite bad trapped wind and that helped. I did it every day and also sometimes the "bicycle legs" to help ease this. I also used to lay her face down, over my knees and just gently move my legs for a bit. That helped too.
