6 year old DD still having accidents at school - advice needed!

My DD is 6years old and is still having accidents at school. She is currently in year 2 and she seems very happy at her school, she has friends that she plays with at school and talks about when she is home. She goes to Rainbows and has made friends there and she goes to a dance class at the weekend and loves it. Her school life is settled except for the fact that she seems to have a new teacher every other day - although that is probably a whole other thread Hmm
At home everything is settled too she is generally a bright and happy little girl and while she can be shy, is mostly confident and outgoing. She has no medical issues. What she does have appears to be a complete inability to get herself to the loo before she pees herself. I’m at my wits end. She was potty trained while at nursery, there were still odd accidents but nothing I would have said was out the ordinary. When she went to school these got worse and she would come home wet and occasionally dirty. I have spoken many many times to her teachers in each year group. For a while things would get better then she would revert back. At home we tried reward charts, special treats etc. When these didn’t work we have also tried removing her toys, banning TV for 24 hours. For a while these things all work and then they stop and she is wet again. We haven’t had any dirty accidents for over a year but lately it seems to be every Tuesday she is wet. She has started lying to us when we fetch her from school, which I’ve told her makes us far more cross than her actually being wet, not that we are pleased about that obviously.
I need advice please! I took her to the doctors about a year ago about this to get them to check for a UTI but the doc looked at me like I’d grown a second head when I said what the problem was as though I was barking to be worried. There was no UTI when I finally got them to check.
I’m lost as to what to do next. Any help/advice or even just someone in the same boat would be wonderful.

What happens on a Tuesday?

Short story (juggling a wriggly toddler). Check for constipation (signs aren't always obvious), and get her to double evacuate. Wee, get up from toilet, then sit down and wee again.... our recommendations for our 5 year old who had issues

On Tuesdays she goes to school as normal, my sister picks her up at home time and takes her to her house. I then pick her up about twenty minutes later as I don’t finish work in time to fetch her and then we go straight to her swimming class.
Tuesday is the only day my sister pickers her up but she adores her Aunty and vice versa. Also it’s usual that I hardly ever pick her up due to work.

Thanks I’ll try that. She came home wet again today Sad although when I spoke to her about it she told me she had actually asked this time and been told she wasn’t allowed as too many other people had gone to the loo. I believe her because she rarely lies, except about whether she is wet or dry, and she is rubbish at it! I don’t think she is just saying what she thinks I want to hear because I don’t think she knows what I want to hear.
