Best multivitamin for super fussy 3yo?

My 3.5yo has ASD and is incredibly fussy, so his diet is more limited than I'd like. I used to use Abidec drops in his bedtime milk but he now refuses to drink it. He won't even entertain gummies. He definitely needs a multivitamin - I figure I could syringe a syrup into his mouth once a day without too much hassle - but which?

Ideally we need the full complement of vitamins and iron. He's v tall for his age so could prob do a 4+ formula. Possibly one that doesn't taste utterly vile?!

What works for your DCs?

I don’t have any experience with ASD but Biocare do quite a lot of powdered multivitamins in fruit flavours. They aren’t the cheapest but could be easy to mix into food/drink. I know Holland and Barrett do multivit drops but not sure if that’s just for infants.

Biocare. Will take a look now, thank you!

Tbh his ASD isn't a real factor in this other than explaining his fussiness.

The gummy type vitamins are popular with my two - they sell various options in Boots / Superdrug etc. ... my kids think they're as good as Haribo :)

My kids use nutrigen vitamixin sprinkles, they can easily be mixed into any semi-solid food and they're made especially for children, and they don't add any bad taste to the food (I've tried it myself :) ). I got them online from a shop called lifestyle vitamins
